A confidentiality statement appears in the footer of every page in all Briefing Books and all PDF page exports. It serves as a reminder that the content is sensitive and should not be shared without authorization.

Add a Confidentiality Statement to a Briefing Book or PDF Export

  1. From the top navigation, click Settings.

  2. Select Account Defaults.

  1. Navigate to the Report Options tab,

  2. Locate PDF Export Confidentiality Statement.

    1. Enter the text you want displayed at the bottom of each page (e.g., Company Confidential, Upward Airlines).

  3. Click Save.

Where the Confidentiality Statement Appears

Once saved, your confidentiality statement will automatically appear in:

  • All Briefing Book PDF exports

  • All PDF page exports generated from your ClearPoint account

This ensures every exported document includes consistent and required confidentiality messaging.
