ClearPoint allows you to export measure data in several formats—including Excel, PDF, and HTML—so you can easily share information, analyze trends, and include data in reports.

Exporting to Excel

You can export any measure’s data table directly to Excel.

1. Navigate to the Measure

  1. From the left-hand navigation, click Elements.

  2. Open Measures.

  3. Click the measure you want to export (e.g., Revenue).

2. Export the Measure Data Table

  1. In the top-right corner of the page, open the kebab menu (⋮).

  2. Select Export to Excel.

Your export will be:

  • Emailed to your account email address

  • Available in your Alerts Inbox (bell icon)

  • Stored under Documents → Page Exports in the left-hand navigation for future download

Exporting to PDF

Measure Data Tables can also be exported as part of a PDF page export.

  1. In the top-right corner of the page, open the kebab menu (⋮) and select Export to PDF.

  2. Select the Page Size and Page Orientation.

  3. Click Confirm.

Important Notes for Measure Data Tables in PDF & HTML Exports

When exporting pages that contain Measure Data Tables, ClearPoint automatically adjusts the layout to ensure readability.

How the data table behaves:

  • Depending on page size and orientation (PDF) or window width (HTML),

  • After a certain number of series, the table will pivot—reorienting so that the series display vertically, showing one period per row.

This ensures the exported page remains clear and properly formatted regardless of the number of series.
