Any page—including Scorecard Reports, Measure Dashboards, and other summary or detail pages—can be exported instantly to PDF, PowerPoint, or Excel for sharing and analysis.

Export a Page to PDF

You can export any page to PDF directly from the page’s action menu.
In this example, we’ll export a Scorecard Report.

1. Open the Page

  1. From the left-hand navigation, click Reports.

  2. Open Scorecard Reports.

  3. Select the report you want to export (e.g., Welcome Page).

2. Export to PDF

  1. Click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Export to PDF.

  2. Choose a Page Size (default: Letter).

  3. Choose the Orientation (default: Landscape).

  4. Click Confirm.

3. Download the PDF

  • A toaster notification will appear with a download link.

  • You can also open the Alerts (bell icon) to Preview, Delete, or Download the export.

  • A copy of the export will also be emailed to you.

Exporting a Measure Dashboard to PowerPoint

Measure Dashboards can be exported to PowerPoint, and the layout depends on the dashboard size.

  2. Open Measures.

  3. Select the report you want to export (e.g., Dashboard).

2. Export to PowerPoint

  1. Click the kebab menu (⋮).

  2. Select Export to PowerPoint.

3. Download the Presentation

  • A toaster notification will appear with a download link.

  • The export will also appear in Alerts.

  • A copy will be emailed to you.

Exporting a Page to Excel

Many report pages can also be exported to Excel.

1. Open the Page

  1. Go to Elements.

  2. Open Measures.

  3. Select the element to export (e.g., Revenue).

2. Export to Excel

  1. Open the kebab menu (⋮).

  2. Select Export to Excel.

3. Download the File

  • Click the download link in the toaster notification.

  • Or access it from Alerts.

  • A copy is also emailed to you.

Accessing Previous Page Exports

All previously generated page exports can be found in the Templates & Documents Hub.

  1. From left navigation, click Documents.

  2. Go to Generated Documents.

  3. Select Page Exports.

Features of Page Exports

  • View all exported pages (PDF, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Use the Filter Page Exports search bar to filter results.

  • Uncheck All Users to see only your own exports.

  • Download or delete past exports.

  • File type icons help you identify export formats:

    • P = PowerPoint

    • X = Excel

    • PDF icon = PDF

You can also confirm the export type from the label in the export name.
