Browser users can log in, navigate pages they have access to, and export information for review or sharing. They cannot add, edit, or update any content.
Browser User Capabilities
Browser users can view Detail Pages, Summary Reports, dashboards, charts, and any information their administrator has granted access to.
They cannot:
Edit or update fields
Add or delete elements
Change layouts or configurations
They can:
View information across scorecards
Favorite pages for quick access
Export reports to PDF, Excel, or PowerPoint
Download attachments
Favoriting a Page
You can mark pages as Favorites to find them quickly later.
Select Elements from the left navigation.
Open Measures (or another element type).
Choose the element you want to favorite (e.g., Expenses).
Click the kebab menu (⋮).
Click the Favorite ⭐ icon at the top right of the page.
To view favorited pages:
Click My ClearPoint in the Control Panel.
Select My Favorites.
Exporting a Page
Browser users can export pages for printing, sharing, or offline review.
Export to PDF
Select Reports from the left navigation.
Open Scorecard.
Select a report (e.g., Welcome Page).
Click the kebab menu (⋮) menu.
Choose Export to PDF.
Other Export Types
Depending on the report type, you may also see:
Export to Excel (e.g., Measure reports)
Export to PowerPoint (Dashboard reports)
Emailing a Page
Instead of downloading a report, you can email it directly from ClearPoint.
Click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Email Page.
Choose the Recipients.
Edit the Subject and add a message in the Body field.
(Optional) Select Send me a copy of this message.
Select a Page Size and Page Orientation.
Click Save.
Accessing Attachments
Browsers can download attachments added by administrators or editors.
From a Detail Page
Select Elements from the left navigation.
Open Objectives.
Select an element (e.g., Direct Routes).
Under Attachments, click Download.
Need More Access?
Your administrator determines what pages you can view.
If you believe you need additional access, contact your ClearPoint administrator—they can update your scorecard permissions or user type as needed.
