Why am I not receiving emails from ClearPoint?

Learn what to do if you’re not receiving ClearPoint email notifications.

If you’re not receiving ClearPoint emails, it’s usually due to one of two issues — either a problem with your email address or your notification settings.

This article explains how to identify and resolve both.


Issues with Your Email Address

Sometimes ClearPoint cannot deliver emails to your account due to an invalid or temporarily blocked email address.

  1. From any page, click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Edit Profile.

  1. Review your Email Address for accuracy.

    1. If an email delivery issue has occurred, you’ll see one of the following alerts:

“We have had some intermittent issues sending emails to this user.”


This may indicate a temporary delivery issue or that your email provider (via Amazon Web Services) is close to blacklisting the address.

How to fix it:

  • First, confirm that your email address is correct.

  • Try sending an email to yourself from another address.

  • If you receive it successfully, contact [email protected] to have your ClearPoint email status reset.

“We were unable to send emails to this user.”


This message means ClearPoint has been unable to deliver any emails because your address has been blacklisted.

How to fix it:

  1. In your Edit Profile view, check the box labeled The issue with this email address has been resolved.

  2. Click Save.

  3. ClearPoint will attempt to resume sending emails to your address.

  4. If emails still don’t arrive, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

💡 These errors are most commonly caused by mailbox security filters, invalid addresses, or automated bounces.


Issues with Notification Settings

If your email address is valid and no error messages appear, review your notification preferences to ensure you’re opted in to receive updates.

  1. Navigate to the Notifications tab.

  2. Under Email Notification Settings, choose one of the following options:

    • Enable email notifications – Receive all applicable ClearPoint notifications in real time.

    • Send an email digest once daily – Receive a daily summary of notifications.

    • Disable email notifications – Turn off email alerts entirely.

  3. Click Save.

💡 If notifications are disabled, ClearPoint will not send emails—even if your address is valid.
