Emailing a page allows you to quickly share reports and updates with stakeholders. This helps keep teams aligned—especially in remote or distributed environments—by sending timely snapshots of Scorecards, Elements, and Reports directly from ClearPoint.

How to Email a Page in ClearPoint

In this example, we’ll email a Scorecard Report, but the same steps apply to any page that supports emailing (detail pages, summary reports, layouts, dashboards, and more).

Open the page you want to email

  1. From the left-hand navigation, select Reports.

  2. Choose Scorecard Reports.

  3. Open the report you want to share, for example: Welcome Page.

  1. On the top-right of the page, click the kebab menu (⋮).

  2. Select Email Page.

Configure your email

In the Email Page window:

Recipients

  • Use the dropdown to select users in your ClearPoint account.

  • Start typing to autofill user email addresses.

  • You can also enter external email addresses manually.

Subject

  • ClearPoint provides a pre-filled subject line.

  • Edit the subject if you want to customize it.

Send Me a Copy

  • Check this option if you want the email delivered to yourself as well.

Message Body

  • Enter any additional context or instructions for the recipients.

Page Size

  • Choose the PDF page size for the emailed export (e.g., Letter, A4).

Orientation

  • Select Portrait or Landscape.

Click Send.
