Notifications help you stay informed about important updates and activity in your account. You can customize how you receive alerts—both in your browser and by email—directly from your profile.
Notification Email Settings
You can control how ClearPoint sends email notifications.
To update email notification preferences:
Click your Profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Click on your name.
Navigate to the Notifications tab.
Choose one of the following options under Email Notifications Settings:
Send an email for each alert
Receive an individual email each time an alert is triggered.Send an email digest once daily
Receive one summary email at the end of the day containing all alerts from the past 24 hours.Disable email notifications
Suppresses non-essential emails.
Click Confirm.
💡 You will still receive required system emails such as exports, Briefing Books, and HTML report notifications.
Microsoft Teams Notification Settings
If your organization has enabled the ClearPoint Teams integration, you can choose whether to receive alert notifications through Microsoft Teams.
To update your Teams notification preferences:
Choose one of the following options:
Enable Microsoft Teams notifications
Receive real-time alerts directly in Microsoft Teams.Disable Microsoft Teams notifications
Turn off Teams alerts while still receiving notifications through other enabled channels.
Click Confirm.
