Logging In
You can access ClearPoint directly from our website.
Click Login in the top-right corner.
On the login page, enter your email address and password.
(Optional) Mark Save email address to save your login information.
Click Log In.
Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password:
On the login page, click Reset Password.
Enter your email address.
Click Send Link.
Check your email for reset instructions and follow the link to create a new password.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you’re unable to log in, follow these steps to resolve common problems.
General Troubleshooting
Refresh your browser – Reloading the page can fix temporary issues.
Clear your cache and cookies – Outdated data can cause login errors.
Restart your computer – This can resolve local software or network issues.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Issues
If your organization uses SSO and your credentials are valid but you still can’t log in:
Contact your IT team to verify your organization’s SSO configuration.
Ensure your company’s identity provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) is working correctly.

Complete the general troubleshooting steps above.
Try logging in from another browser or device.

Escalating Unresolved Issues
If you still can’t access your account:

Provide details about the issue and note which troubleshooting steps you’ve tried.
If your organization uses SSO, coordinate with your IT department for internal verification.
Managing Your Profile
Once logged in, you can manage your account settings from your profile menu.
Click your profile icon (circle) in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select your user name.
Update your Language, Time Zone, or upload a Profile Picture.
Click Save.
Security Settings
To update your password or enable two-factor authentication:
Navigate to the Security tab.
Update your Password or enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Click Save.
