Open My Scorecard
In the left navigation, go to My ClearPoint > My Scorecard.
The page has two tabs:
My Scorecard shows your personal scorecard and every element you own or collaborate on.
My Favorites shows the scorecards and reports you've marked as favorites.
View your elements
Each scorecard where you're an owner or collaborator appears as its own column. Elements are grouped by type (Objectives, Measures, Initiatives), and each element card shows:
Status (for example, On Target or Below Plan)
Reporting period
Owner and collaborator avatars
Number of discussion comments
Click an element card to open its detail page.
Tip: Switch to the table view (top right) to see your elements as a list with Name, Scorecard, Type, and Access columns.
Filter your elements
Use the options above the board to narrow what you see:
Quick Find searches by name.
Scorecard shows elements from one scorecard.
Type shows only objectives, measures, or initiatives.
Create your personal scorecard
Your personal scorecard is a private space for your own objectives, measures, initiatives, action items, and risks. Only you can see it.
On the My Scorecard tab, click Create my personal scorecard.
Your personal scorecard appears as the first column, labeled Personal scorecard.
Add elements
Click the + next to the element type you want to add, such as Measures.
Enter a Name.
Click Save and Edit to open the element and fill in details, or use the dropdown and choose Save and Close.
Personal scorecard elements work like any other ClearPoint element, so you can update, export, and link them the same way.
Share an element from your personal scorecard
Elements in your personal scorecard can't be shared directly. To share one, duplicate it to a shared scorecard. The original stays in your personal scorecard.
On the element's card, click the duplicate icon to the right of the element name. You can also go to the element list, click the row menu (⋮), and choose Duplicate.
In the Duplicate dialog:
Edit the name if needed. By default, "(Copy)" is added.
Choose the Scorecard to copy it to.
Turn on Copy Status and/or Copy Links if you want those carried over.
Click Duplicate.
The copy keeps you as its owner, so it appears on your My Scorecard page under the shared scorecard. Anyone with access to that scorecard can now see it.
