Schedules help you streamline your reporting cycle by automatically generating Briefing Books, sending workflow emails, and triggering other key processes—saving time and reducing manual work.
Managing Schedules
From the Schedules page, Admins and Scorecard Admins can see all existing schedules and manage how and when automated tasks run.
From the left-hand navigation, click Automation.
Select Schedules.
💡 You’ll see a list of all schedules in your ClearPoint account.
Filter and View Options
Use the Filter Schedules search bar to find schedules by name or keyword.
Check Show Deleted or Show Disabled to include those schedules in the list.
Duplicate or Delete a Schedule
On the Manage Schedules page, click the kebab menu (⋮) next to a schedule.

Confirm by clicking the red Delete button.
⚠️ Important:
Deleting a schedule permanently removes it and stops it from running.
