Using the Scheduling Calendar

This article explains how to use the Schedule Calendar in ClearPoint.

The Schedule Calendar provides a calendar-style view of all automated activity in your account, including Schedules and Reporting Workflows. It brings together key parts of your reporting cycle—such as automated report generation, reminders, and workflow notifications—into one clear visual timeline.


Accessing the Schedule Calendar

  1. From the left-hand navigation, click Automation.

  2. Select Calendar.

💡 The Schedule Calendar will display all upcoming and past automated actions.


Filtering the Calendar

To locate specific automation items quickly:

Filter by keyword

  • Use the Filter Calendar search bar to filter events by name or keyword.

Filter by Event type

  • Open the Event dropdown to filter by specific automation types such as:

    • Scheduled Tasks

    • Reporting Workflows

    • Briefing Book generation

    • Reminder schedules

💡This helps you focus on exactly the automation processes you want to review.


Calendar Views & Navigation

ClearPoint allows you to view the calendar in multiple formats:

  • Month View – See the full month of scheduled activity.

  • Week View – Focus on a weekly breakdown of tasks.

  • Day View – Review all automation occurring on a single day.

Navigation Tools

  • Today – Jump back to the current date instantly.

  • Arrows – Move forward or backward through months, weeks, or days.

💡These tools make it easy to orient yourself and review the timing of your automation cycle.
