A Scorecard Report acts as a visual dashboard that combines multiple reports and data points onto a single page. These reports help you track progress toward goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Scorecard Reports Overview
Scorecard Reports are the first page you see when navigating to a Scorecard. They can also be set as your homepage to make navigation more efficient.
To set a Scorecard as your homepage:
Select Reports from the Control Panel.
Click on Scorecards.
Choose the Scorecard you want to work with.
Click the kebab menu (⋮)
Select Set Home.
Building a Custom Scorecard Report
You can create a visual landing page, such as a Strategic Plan Welcome Page, to display information like your company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
To create a custom Scorecard Report:
Select Reports from the Control Panel.
Choose Scorecards.
Click the plus (+) icon to create a new report
In the New Report Name field, enter a name such as Home Dashboard.
Click Save.
Open the newly created report to edit the layout
Click the Add card button
Use the Add Pod drawer on the right to drag and drop fields (Mission, Vision, Values, etc.) into the layout.
Rearrange fields by dragging them into your desired positions.
Don't forget to save your changes.
Adding Summary Reports with Data Grids
To give visitors a complete picture of your strategy, you can display Summary Reports using Data Grid pods.
Data Grids are custom fields created in Admin Options.
To add a Data Grid:
Open the Scorecard Report you want to work with.
Click the kebab menu (⋮).
Select Edit Layout.
Click the Add card button.
Use the Add Pod drawer on the right to drag and drop Data Grid.
Click Save.
Double-click on the new Data Grid pod.
Use the dropdown menu to select the elements you want to display:
Scorecard
Element Type
Report
Click Save.
Adding Chart Reference Pods
Chart Reference pods let you embed a single chart from another page or element directly into your Scorecard Report.
To add a Chart Reference pod:
In Customize Layout, open the Add Card drawer.
Drag a Chart card into your layout.
Click Save.
Double-click the Chart Reference pod to configure it.
Select the chart source and choose the desired chart.
Click Save.
Creating a Scorecard Report Reference
If you already have a Summary Report you’d like to display as a landing page, use a Scorecard Report Reference.
To add a Report Reference:
Go to Scorecard Reports.
Click the plus (+) icon to create a new report.
In the New Report Name field, enter a name such as Objectives (Reference)
Select Reference Report.
Select an Element and Layout.
Click Save.
💡 Your Scorecard Report will automatically display the referenced report and stay up to date with any changes.
Setting a Scorecard Landing Page
If you have multiple Scorecard Reports, the first one in the list will be used as the Scorecard Landing Page.
To reorder reports:
Go to Scorecard Reports.
Drag and drop reports into your preferred order.
The top report becomes your landing page.
Click Save.
