ClearPoint’s permissions model ensures each user sees only the Scorecards and elements they are authorized to access—protecting sensitive information while maintaining transparency where needed.

Managing Access Through Users & Groups

You can assign initial Scorecard access directly from a user’s profile.

Update Scorecard Access for a User

  1. Go to Settings from the top navigation.

  2. Click on Users & Security.

  1. Click the kebab menu (⋮) next to the user.

  2. Under User Type, choose the appropriate level of access.

Assign Scorecard Access

  1. Navigate to the Scorecards & Home tab.

  2. Check the boxes for the Scorecards the user should have access to.

    • Note: New Scorecards are not accessible to any users by default.

  3. Click Save.

Managing Access Through Scorecards

You can also manage access from the Scorecard itself—useful when granting multiple users access to a single Scorecard.

Update User Access on a Scorecard

  1. Open Scorecards.

  2. Select the Scorecard to work with (e.g., UpWard Airlines Corporate).

  1. Click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Edit Scorecard.

  1. Go to the User Access tab.

  2. Check the boxes next to the users who should have access.

    • Users are grouped by permission type for easier selection.

  3. Click Save.
