Updates are made in WordPress, not automatically from ClearPoint, so you can review and approve all changes before publishing them publicly.
When to Update a Community Dashboard
Update your dashboard whenever:
You want to refresh the information currently displayed for the same reporting period, or
You need to update the site to show a new reporting period.
Community Dashboard updates work by clearing cached API calls so WordPress can pull the most recent data from ClearPoint.
β
β οΈ Important: Clearing the cache may temporarily slow page load times for the first visitor after each update.
To avoid this, click through affected pages yourself immediately after clearing the cache.
