My AI Briefing
When you log in to ClearPoint, your homepage is personalized to your role. Rather than showing everyone the same view, ClearPoint uses your user type and activity to surface the information and actions most relevant to you — so you spend less time navigating and more time doing the work that matters.
There are three homepage experiences: one for Contributors, one for Administrators, and one for Executives. Your homepage is determined automatically based on your user role.
The Contributor Homepage
If your role is Contributor, your homepage is built around your reporting cycle. It shows you what you own, what needs attention, and where you stand on completion — all in one place.
What you'll see
A Recent Updates section at the top summarizing recent activity across your scorecards. When everything is current, this section confirms you're caught up with no new items needing attention.
A My Workflow Tasks section showing your workflow task completion for the current reporting cycle, including a progress bar and count of tasks completed versus total assigned.
A My Checklist section with an AI-generated summary of items that need attention. The checklist shows four counts at a glance: total visible items, non-healthy items (Caution or Below Plan status), items with undefined status, and incomplete measures. Each item is tagged with a priority level — such as Critical or High — and an issue type such as Missing status or Missing analysis.
A right sidebar with quick access to My Favorites, My Scorecard, Recent Comments, Recent Exports, Recent Edits & Updates, and Recently Viewed Pages.
The Administrator Homepage
If your role is Administrator, your homepage gives you an operational overview of the current reporting cycle. It is designed to surface problems early and give you one-click paths to resolve them.
What you'll see
A Recent Updates section at the top with an AI-generated summary of account activity over the last 20 days, including counts for Active Users, Logins, Review Signals, and Scorecards Touched. This section also surfaces Reporting readiness and coverage signals (such as limited scorecard coverage or review signals that may affect reporting readiness) and an Adoption and participation summary.
A Reporting Workflows section listing active workflows for the current cycle. Toggle Show Inactive to include workflows that are not currently running.
An Account Data Integrity section with an AI-generated summary and severity-ranked alerts — including overdue open items, stale updates, elements missing a status, and items with no assigned owner. Each alert shows an issue count and links to the affected elements.
An Adoption & ROI section showing active user rate, workflow completion percentage, on-time completion rate, and recent update activity. This section also includes Value Signals (positive indicators of ClearPoint use) and Adoption Opportunities (areas where participation could be improved).
An Announcements section where you can post a message that appears at the top of every Contributor homepage for the current reporting cycle. Leave it empty if there is nothing to communicate this cycle.
The Executive Homepage
If your role is Executive, your homepage gives you a strategic briefing anchored to your last login. It is designed to orient you in under 30 seconds and surface the things worth your attention.
What you'll see
A Recent Updates section at the top showing counts for Meaningful Changes, Scorecards Touched, active Contributors, and Review Signals flagged. Any governance or data quality warnings surface here as items to review before reading the briefing.
An Open First section highlighting the most urgent items requiring executive attention — for example, review signals that may affect the accuracy of the AI-generated content.
A Strategy Brief — an AI-generated narrative analysis of your scorecard data. This includes a Recommended Focus section that surfaces the top strategic actions ranked by urgency, each with a rationale grounded in your actual measure data.
A Key Signals section showing the most significant measures across your scorecards. Each measure appears as a tile with a mini trend chart and a brief AI-generated summary of what the data shows.
A Questions Worth Asking section with AI-generated strategic questions that connect patterns across departments and time periods. Each question is assigned to a contributor for follow-up.
Notes
Your homepage experience is determined by your user role. If you expect to see a different homepage than what appears, contact your ClearPoint administrator to confirm your role assignment.
The AI-generated content on your homepage — including briefings, analysis drafts, and strategic questions — is generated based on data in your account and updates each session.
Administrators can configure the Announcements section from their homepage. This message appears on all Contributor homepages and is optional.
Some features shown in this article may roll out incrementally. If a section is not yet visible in your account, it will appear in a future update.
