ClearPoint's page-wide AI is available directly on element detail pages and summary reports, giving you high-level insight and analysis without leaving the page you're working on. Unlike the in-card AI tools accessed through the Pop-out Editor, page-wide AI operates at the level of the full page — summarizing all linked data, identifying exceptions, generating narrative content, and translating insights into owned action items and milestones.
The AI is context-aware and uses only the data you have access to. It never applies changes automatically — you always review and confirm before anything is saved.

Summarize Data
Summarize Data provides a high-level overview of an Objective or Scorecard's performance, condensing linked elements, trends, and status into a concise summary — useful for leadership prep and quick situational awareness.
Open an Objective or Scorecard detail page.
Open the AI Assistant.
Select Summarize Data.
Review the generated summary of trends, highlights, and areas needing attention.
Apply or reference the summary as needed.

Identifying top-performing and underperforming areas across a scorecard
Preparing a concise briefing without manually reviewing every element
Exception Report
The Exception Report highlights what is not working across a scorecard or page before you have to find it manually. It identifies missed targets, negative trends, and stalled initiatives — surfacing them in a single view so leadership discussions can focus on what matters most.
Open a Scorecard.
Launch the AI Assistant.
Select Identify Exceptions.
Review the list of flagged measures or initiatives, along with possible explanations.

Executive Summary Generator
The Executive Summary Generator turns a full summary report's data into a high-level narrative that leadership can act on — without anyone having to manually compile and write the report narrative. Once generated, you can edit it before publishing or sharing.
Open a Summary Report.
Open the AI Assistant.
Select Generate Executive Summary.
Review and edit the generated narrative.
Apply or publish as needed.

AI Writing Assistance on Detail Pages
On individual element detail pages, the AI can draft or improve analysis text, comments, or other narrative fields — directly on the page. This is distinct from the Pop-out Editor AI tools: you don't need to open a separate editor panel.

AI Action Items
ClearPoint AI can translate analysis, meeting notes, or insights into owned action items with assignees and deadlines — automatically, from a detail page. Rather than manually creating action items after a review session, the AI does the translation for you.
Open an element detail page where analysis or recommendations have been generated.
Open the AI Assistant.
Select Generate Action Items.
Review the suggested action items — including owner and deadline fields.
Accept, edit, or discard each item before saving.

AI Milestones
Based on initiative or project details, ClearPoint AI can suggest realistic milestone schedules — giving project managers a structured starting point rather than a blank timeline. You can review, edit, and accept the suggestions before they are added to your initiative.
Open an Initiative detail page.
Open the AI Assistant.
Select Suggest Milestones.
Review the AI-generated milestone schedule.
Accept or edit each milestone, then save.
