Using the AI Assistant in Analysis & Recommendations
The AI Assistant is context-aware and analyzes the element, scorecard, or report you are working with. It does not automatically save changes—users always review and apply suggestions manually.
The AI Assistant supports the following capabilities:

Analyze Data (Measures and Initiatives)

Ask Me Anything
The Ask Me Anything feature allows users to ask natural-language questions about their data and receive instant insights.
How to Use
Open an element or scorecard detail page (e.g., Measures > Expenses).
Double-click into a supported text card (such as Analysis or Recommendations).
Click on Pop-out Editor from the text editor ribbon.
Toggle the option Show ClearPoint AI Assistant.
Select Generate Recommendations.
Or type a question, such as:
What are the key trends in this scorecard?
How did our KPIs change over the last quarter?
What factors contributed to this performance drop?
Review the AI-generated response.
Insert or reference the insights as needed.

The Copy Edit My Text feature improves clarity, tone, and structure of existing content.

Click on Pop-out Editor from the text editor ribbon.
Select Copy Edit My Text.
Review the revised version for grammar, readability, and flow.
Apply or further edit the suggested changes before saving.
