The AI Assistant is available through Analysis & Recommendations AI, which is accessed from supported text-based cards on element detail pages and adapts its analysis based on the data you are viewing.

Summary

The AI Assistant in ClearPoint Next helps teams move from data collection to insight generation faster. By embedding analysis, recommendations, and summaries directly into element and scorecard workflows, ClearPoint enables more informed discussions and stronger strategic execution—without leaving the platform.

Using the AI Assistant in Analysis & Recommendations

The AI Assistant is context-aware and analyzes the element, scorecard, or report you are working with. It does not automatically save changes—users always review and apply suggestions manually.

The AI Assistant supports the following capabilities:

  • Ask Me Anything

  • Recommendation Engine

  • Copy Edit My Text

  • Analyze Data (Measures and Initiatives)

  • Summarize Data (Objectives and Scorecards)

  • Exception Report (Scorecards)

Ask Me Anything

  3. Click on Pop-out Editor from the text editor ribbon.

  2. Select Generate Recommendations.

  3. Or type a question, such as:

    • What are the key trends in this scorecard?

    • How did our KPIs change over the last quarter?

    • What factors contributed to this performance drop?

  4. Review the AI-generated response.

  5. Insert or reference the insights as needed.
