User Activity Reports summarize the number of actions taken by users—organized by scorecard, user, and activity type. Soft-deleted scorecards are included in the activity export.
User Access Reports show each user’s type and their scorecard-level access.
Exporting a User Access or Activity Report
Select Settings from the top navigation.
Click Users & Security.
Click the More Actions (▾) menu next to the Plus icon.
Choose either:
Generate User Access Report
Generate User Activity Report
Click Confirm.
Receiving the Report
The report will be generated automatically and sent to you by email as an Excel attachment. You’ll also see a notification in your Alerts inbox when the export is ready.
