A Gantt Chart Report provides a visual, timeline-based view of your Initiatives and (optionally) their Milestones. This report helps teams and stakeholders quickly understand project timelines, progress, and risks—all in a single chart.
Create a New Gantt Chart Report
From the left navigation, click Reports.
Select Initiative Reports.
Click + Add Report.
Enter a Report Name (e.g., Upward Air Gantt Chart).
Under Report Type, select Gantt Chart.
Click Save.
💡 Your new Gantt Chart Report will appear under Initiative Reports.
Select Initiatives to Include in the Report
Locate the report you want to work with in the Initiatives report page.
Click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Edit Report.
Navigate to the Report tab.
Select the Scorecard you want to include.
Select specific Initiatives to be included.
Click Save.
💡 Your report will now show only the selected Initiatives.
Filter Initiatives in the Report
Use filters to narrow down which Initiatives appear—such as filtering by Status, Owner, Tags, or Timeline.
Locate the report you want to work with in the Initiatives report page.
Click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Edit Report.
Go to the Filters tab.
Click + Add Filter.
Select a Field (e.g., Status).
Select a Comparison (e.g., Equals).
Enter a Value (e.g., Below Plan).
Click Save.
💡 Your Gantt Report will now include only Initiatives that match your filter criteria.
Customize the Order of Initiatives
By default, Gantt Chart Reports sort Initiatives by Start Date. You can override this if needed.
Locate the report you want to work with in the Initiatives report page.
Click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Edit Report.
Navigate to the Report tab.
Toggle Custom Sort Enabled.
Click Save.
💡 Your Gantt Chart Report will now display Initiatives in your custom order.
