ClearPoint gives you flexible control over who can view a Summary Report, helping you ensure that the right information is visible to the appropriate users across your organization.

Duplicating a Summary Report

Duplicating a report is useful when you want to reuse an existing layout, filter set, or element structure as the basis for a new report.

  1. From the left navigation, click Reports.

  2. Select the report category (e.g., Measure Reports).

  3. Click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Duplicate Report.

  4. Enter a New Report Name (e.g., Measure - Eastern Report).

  5. Click Duplicate.

💡 Your new report will now appear in the report list.

Deleting a Summary Report

The deletion process is the same for Objectives, Measures, Initiatives, and Action Items.

  1. From the left navigation, click Reports.

  2. Open the appropriate report category (e.g., Measure Reports).

  3. Locate the report you want to delete.

  4. Click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Delete Report.

  5. Confirm by clicking Delete.

⚠️ Deleted reports cannot be recovered.

Managing Access to a Summary Report

You can control report visibility using Access Type settings. This determines who can see a report in the Reports menu and in the top navigation dropdown.

Access Types include:

  • Global – Visible to all users with access to the Scorecard.

  • Private – Visible only to the user who created the report.

  • Hidden – Hidden in top navigation but visible to all users on the Manage Reports page.

  • Restricted(For some report types) Visible only to selected roles or users.

Update Access Type

  1. From the left navigation, click Reports.

  2. Open the report category (e.g., Measure Reports).

  3. Click the kebab menu (⋮) next to the report and select Edit Report.

  1. In the Report tab, locate the Access Type dropdown.

  2. Choose Global, Private, Hidden, or Restricted.

  3. Click Save.
