What Is the ClearPoint Data Loader?

The ClearPoint Data Loader is a companion application that lets you import data directly into your ClearPoint account from Excel, CSV, or SQL databases.

You can upload:

  • Quantitative data (e.g., Measure values and series data)

  • Qualitative information (e.g., Analysis and Recommendations)

  • Strategic elements (e.g., Objectives, Measures, and Initiatives)

The Data Loader supports both manual and automated updates, allowing you to:

  • Schedule uploads at defined intervals

  • Watch specific folders for file updates

  • Automatically push changes to ClearPoint when data files are modified

Where to Find It in ClearPoint

  1. From the left navigation, go to Automation > Data Integrations.

  2. Select Data Loader.

  3. Click Download to install the ClearPoint Data Loader on your computer.

  4. Log in using your API Keys from System Setup > Standard Features > Data Loader.
