At ClearPoint Strategy, protecting customer data is fundamental to how we operate. We engage a limited number of trusted third-party vendors to help us deliver, support, and enhance the ClearPoint platform. Each of these vendors undergoes a security, privacy, and risk assessment as part of our annual review process.
All sub-processors and service providers listed below are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with applicable data privacy laws and ClearPoint’s SOC 2 Type 2 controls.

Support & Service Providers
These partners help us manage communications, customer success, and business operations. They may have limited or indirect access to customer data (e.g., names, emails, or message metadata) only when necessary to perform their contracted functions.

Security & Compliance
ClearPoint Strategy maintains a SOC 2 Type 2 certification, which independently validates our controls related to security, availability, and confidentiality.
We continuously monitor and review our third-party service providers to ensure they meet or exceed ClearPoint’s security standards and compliance obligations.
