ClearPoint shares the trusted third-party vendors that support our platform and may process limited customer data, in accordance with our SOC 2 Type 2 controls.

At ClearPoint Strategy, protecting customer data is fundamental to how we operate. We engage a limited number of trusted third-party vendors to help us deliver, support, and enhance the ClearPoint platform. Each of these vendors undergoes a security, privacy, and risk assessment as part of our annual review process.

All sub-processors and service providers listed below are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with applicable data privacy laws and ClearPoint’s SOC 2 Type 2 controls.

These third-party vendors may process or store customer data on behalf of ClearPoint Strategy to support the delivery of our services.

Secure document storage and sharing for internal operations involving limited customer data.

Ping Identity

Authentication and single sign-on platform ensuring secure customer and internal user access.

Cloudflare

Web performance and security platform providing CDN, DDoS protection, and encryption services.

OpenAI

Powers ClearPoint’s AI features, processing user-submitted content to generate insights, recommendations, and summaries.

Ragiie

Indexing and processing of customer data for searching and retrieval.

Composio

Provides Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections to automate customer business workflows.

Pinecone

Vector index of customer data to facilitate semantic searches.

Zapier

Integration of third-party tools with ClearPoint customer data.

Support & Service Providers

These partners help us manage communications, customer success, and business operations. They may have limited or indirect access to customer data (e.g., names, emails, or message metadata) only when necessary to perform their contracted functions.

Communication and productivity tools used for customer correspondence.

SOC 2 compliance and security documentation management platform.

Security & Compliance

ClearPoint Strategy maintains a SOC 2 Type 2 certification, which independently validates our controls related to security, availability, and confidentiality.

We continuously monitor and review our third-party service providers to ensure they meet or exceed ClearPoint’s security standards and compliance obligations.

This list reflects ClearPoint’s current sub-processors and service providers as of the most recent publication date of this article.

ClearPoint reviews and updates this list as part of our ongoing SOC 2 Type 2 compliance program and annual vendor risk assessments.
